Good about Jiwa product:- No doubt, one of the best Gluten Free product I found, and loved it too in all terms, making roti/puri/mathri (from Jiwa GF atta), naan/bhature/pizza/mathri (from Jiwa GF Maida). Often mix them both as well Can work on price:- Will be much better, if we can bring down the price at par with regular atta, or around 70-80 rupees/kg max., but anything under 100, even if 70-80 can't be met (I'm not comparing with other high priced regular/GF aata, but just a review from a lower/middle/average class people stand point)

Its the best gluten free flour in the market in terms of value for money, taste and quality. I have been having Jiwa flour for years now. Can’t imagine my life without it. It tastes great, is healthy and the best flour for paranthas and chapatis. Also also make puris of it. I can vouch for it!

Worst gluten free aata and more over that WORST customer support. They dont even respond to your complaint. I ordered 5kg pack.but when i received the aata it was having a foul smell and roti made out of it was so hard and dry that nonody can have it. When i complained they told me will revert back withinn 2 hours but never replied nor they picking up the call on customer care. Plz DONT order this brand Very poor quality

Finally after so many tests and trials, found a perfect gluten free aata which makes very soft and tasty rotis.

This time atta was very bad. Not easy to work with. Rotis were very hard . Didn't last for even 1 hour after making. Very bad taste. I need refund on my money. And please replace it with the earlier formula which was much better .

I would definitely give 5 star for this product and would remove the negative reviews, because first thing is it's Gluten free and not like regular wheat atta where soft rotis are formed because of gluten which is bad for diabetics and also damages the intestinal gut lining for long term. The flour is rough and rotis are like jowar texture as the ingredients are jowar, rice, bengal gram, psyllium husk, guar gum and sea salt which is natural and yes, u will definitely expect rotis to be different because it's healthy. Please observe the difference.
