Will scheduled feedings still run when the feeder is offline?

Yes. Saved feeding schedules run locally without a network. If the App is offline, schedules still run. Remote control and data sync resume after reconnection. Note: When Polar is offline, it only feeds during the current feeding cycle.

Why is there water and Ice chips in the cooling area?

The appearance of condensed water in the cooling area is a natural result of the feeder interacting with air during refrigeration. Wipe the area dry with a towel after each feeding plan for optimal maintenance.

How long can wet food stay in the food bowl? Will it continue to refrigerate food after 72 hours without resetting?

The feeder preserves wet food for up to 72 hours. Even after a feeding plan ends, the cooling function remains active to maintain freshness. However, for your pet's health, we recommend cleaning up any leftover food promptly once feeding concludes.

What is the recommended ambient temperature for using the automatic cat feeder?

For optimal cooling and food preservation, we suggest using the feeder in environments between 53°F–86°F (12°C–30°C). To maintain its efficiency, please avoid direct sunlight, high temperatures, and humid conditions.

How does the "OPEN NOW" function work?

If you do not set any meal schedules, the "FEED NOW" function can help to open any meal anytime anywhere. If meal schedules have already been set, it can help to open the previous and next meal to ensure any meals will not be wasted.
