## Customer Reviews

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A very useful size
*by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 1 August 2024*

I bought this little one with the 12cm x 29cm size for my dog’s TPLO recovery surgery. This little one was so useful to work with the other one & was the perfect size & they are easy to mold into the shape you need. These gel packs are superb quality & better than others & excellent value for money. They work well for both hot & cold. I like the strong material used as they are sturdy & strong. They held the ice temperature for a long time, much longer than I expected & it’s pretty hot in the UK at the moment. Just wrap in a tea towel & you’re good to go. My advice would be to buy this brand every time & I highly recommend them.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Handy little cool pack
*by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 24 January 2026*

Used this today - great little size so you can slip it up a sleeve to stay in place, and takes no space in the freezer if you store it there for in case moments. Not too heavy. It holds the cold for a good time to have an effect. Matt finish also helps as it is not slippery. Works just as well every time and feels good quality - I expect it to last.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works well

Bought to use hot and they heat up really quickly and retain the heat well. So far so good
