This one is well made, good hand feel & heft, good-sized buttons, and clear, easy to use features. The sound is clear and it has an added feature - you can block calls. I didn't know that when I bought it, but it is a valuable thing to have. Even though I'm on the Do Not Call Registry and have an unlisted number, I get a lot of aggressive marketing calls. Fun to block them and the phone does it well. Works great, easy to learn, well-made, and great sound. Can't beat it. Oh, it also has the increasingly common feature of voicing who is calling, which I didn't think I'd want or need, but it comes in handy when you're across the room and your hands are full. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great phone, nice ringtones, and clear talking caller ID *by G***3 on Reviewed in the United States on August 3, 2015* This Panasonic cordless phone is really good. The sound quality is great, and The talking caller ID is really clear and understandable. I’ve owned other panasonic cordless phones with talking caller ID, and when I plugged this phone in and call it, I was surprised to find that Panasonic updated the voice on the phone. It is much clearer. The phone has 15 cool ringtones to choose from, including 5 standard rings, and several melodies. I also enjoy the speaker phone on this handset; it’s very clear. I would highly recommend this phone if you are looking for a handset with big buttons, several ringtones, and talking caller ID. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A great phone AND it DOES have a message indicator light!!! *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on January 8, 2016* I gave this phone to a friend as a Christmas present. She needed to replace her old phone and wanted the larger key pad. Lo and behold it turned out it did not have a message waiting indicator light, at least not that we could tell from the instruction booklet. Indeed one of the answered questions here on Amazon stated just that - no message indicator light. Well my friend loved the look, feel and sound quality of the phone so much that she was willing to give up on having a message indicator light. But just for the heck of it, she called Panasonic Customer Service about the issue. Customer Service walked her through the steps needed to activate this capability. Of course she had to call CS using her cell phone so she could work on the Panasonic while the rep walked her through the process, but voila, now this not-advertised, unexplained-in-the-instructions, declared-by-another-Amazon-customer-to-not-exist, feature is up and running just fine.
