Review: Game changer for body combat - Game changer for body combat or any intense workout that involves pivoting. I used them for tabata, circuits, boot camp and body pump and they are amazing. I wasn’t sure at first as they appear flat- thought they would hurt with jumps/ jump kicks but they have a slight heel lift and a wide toe box and great grip. The sole is extremely comfortable without puffy foam and the stability is second to none- my ankles and knees have seriously benefited and I have increased my range of movement. They are also super lightweight-I will definitely buy again.

Quite good for crossfit. It's not soft like running shoes and not too hard like lifting shoes so somewhere in the middle for regular gym sessions. The toe box is spacious enough for me but that changes from person to person. I wear 36.5 (3.5-4 in uk) this size fit perfectly.
