Here is the reality of their quality: Despite the premium price tag, both units have only been used for two summers of light, seasonal activity. The battery life has completely failed, taking nearly eight hours to charge for minimal runtime. The interior cooling plates are now delaminating. This is not just a performance issue; it is a serious safety hazard, as the material is peeling and scratching my neck, making the devices impossible to wear safely. When I contacted Torras support, their response was dismissive. Despite the clear evidence of premature failure and material degradation, they hid behind a 180-day warranty policy and offered me an insulting 10% discount to buy more of their products. I am not looking for a coupon; I am looking for a company to stand behind the quality of their high-end line. I purchased these units expecting the premium quality advertised, regardless of the brand's origins. However, for a product at this price point, I expected a much longer lifespan than two summers of light use. If you are considering spending your hard-earned money on a "Special Edition" Torras product, be aware that you are buying disposable tech that will likely fail and degrade within a couple of years. Torras, your "goodwill" offer is not good enough—do better.

There's no extra space sadly but it is very compact and it comes with a charging cable! Very premium cable aswell! One thing I forgot to mention is that the device has a heater mode for the cold temperatures, I didn't get to use that mode much since its summer and it gets up to 80 degrees here and I work in a warehouse factory job at the time I'm writing this review, but I do know it gets pretty warm and quick, It only heats up on the neck and doesn't blow hot air. I definitely see it to be very useful in the colder weather, and I can see it be used when your sick or need help sleeping. One quick thing, it also has a "fan mode" which all it does is blows air like a fan, nothing special, but a good feature to have as a option, it probably prolongs the battery life, but I haven't tested it out. Overall, the Cyber 2S Pro feels like a very premium, well thought out product. It cools and heats fast, gets legitimately cold on the neck, keeps airflow consistent around your face, and has a battery that actually holds up even on a stronger settings. Add in the app control, and it becomes a really polished experience. The product is on the pricey side but it is a premium product and the quality and features shows. If you deal with hot weather regularly or cold, this is one of those devices that makes a noticeable difference.

It does alright definitely better than just a fan. It doesn't feel heavy on the neck. You don't need the app to use it so that's great. Airflow is great and cooling works but keep in mind if it's 100° plus and the sun is heating you it will get overwhelmed. Still works just not as well.

Superior packaging. Has a great carrying case with a strap . Easy to read and understand instructions. Has a nice fan. Immediately cools. It is cold on your neck. Which is great for the Florida heat. I have not charged it yet. Comes with a charging cable. Easy to operate. Airflow is good. I mainly bought it for The air conditioner . Quality is superior. I just received it so have not used the “warm” setting yet. I do hike in the Florida Fall so looking forward to that feature. Ordered yesterday… delivered today. The carry case appears sturdy. Nothing cheap about this little neck air conditioner. It is adjustable. Fits great whether your neck is small Or large. Highly recommend. Excellent product!
