The removable water reservoir is easy to grab, thanks to a grab spot molded into the side of it. It makes filling it up extremely easy. Only thing better would be a permanent water line piped into it. :) To top it off... NO DRIPS! I actually spent time trying to make the pot drip. I couldn't do it. It pours perfectly every time and you never have to worry about cleaning up the counter unless you miss the cup! The other problem I had with the pitcher on the Mr. Coffee is when I would pour the water in, as it dripped on the counter, so would get on cabinets under the counter, and ruined some of the wood. I use it every day. With my Mr. Coffee, the programming never worked. I like that I don't have to buy filters, because it comes with a gold filter. I also save money because I used less coffee for a better brew. If you are chugging along with something cheap like a Mr. Coffee, it is worth every penny to upgrade. How are you getting 12-cups of coffee out of a 60 oz reservoir? 12 cups is 72 oz.** A: Folks, this is standard for every single coffee maker I've ever owned. The 'cup' in question is a coffee cup of 5 oz (as opposed to a standard mug which is 10 oz) not a standard imperial measuring cup and thus not the same measurement. Every coffee maker I've ever owned, from every manufacturer has been a 12-cup. Which makes 12 coffee cups worth of coffee. The manufacturer is not deceptive, you've just never paid attention to a coffee maker before. **Q: Does it drip when pouring?** A: Mine started dripping while pouring a month or two ago.
