Very impressed with these. The larger paddle style backs can be tricky if you have a smaller ear lobe and you have to try and angle it so it’s not visible from the front, however, they completely elevated (pun intended) the look of my heavy earrings! This review is late, but I bought these specifically for the Halloween season so I could wear some larger spider earrings I have, but rarely wear because they pull the earring hole down, and as a result, stretch my ear and don’t sit right at all making them very uncomfortable. These big earring backs did the trick! I was able to wear them through a full 8hr shift and they held great with no pulling. Even the smaller ones that came in the pack were a game changer for some heavier stud style hoops I rarely wore for the same reason, and I also used the small ones on some light- medium weight dangle earrings that needed better hold. A lot of times the cheaper costume backs just don’t hold up well, so I love the little ones too!

I was hesitant considering the price but it eliminates the drooping of my hoop earrings and it's pretty firm so far so I think the price may be worth it. I am satisfied

No, too big.

First off, I found that my earrings are probably not as heavy as I thought. And there's one important point. That said, all three pairs, the gold and silver large backs, and the smaller silicone ones, are very comfortable. The metal is smooth and shiny and it feels hefty and non irritating. They seem likely to hold up well over time. And for $14.99 for three pairs, it was worth it to keep my heavier earrings from pulling, they work for me. The one important point is in my pictures - If you have the French hook style of drops, and there's a bend in the hook, the metal backs won't go over the bend. Maybe if there's only a slight curve they'll work. That's why the four stars, just be aware that not all earrings will accept these.

They have a tendency to fall over to be seen on lower part of the lobe. They do however have the ability to keep earring upright
