So in other you need to clamp a tube that's 11mm when on the barb DO NOT GET the 11MM..... not to mention after the first time they were squeezed open with my bare hands for just a second the ID did not go back to 11mm.... mine went back to 11.72 ID... so the 11mm would be ideal for 12.5-13.5mm OD in my opinion. obviously the margin/% that they open up to is going to increase or decrease based on the size but it appears to be roughly 30%... so you might want to order at least one or 2 sizes smaller than measured diameter.
