Great for recumbent bike
I have a recumbent bike that requires a fairly high clearance of a laptop stand so my knees do not hit a bar as I'm peddling. Most laptop stands did not come nearly high enough to clear, and/or would have been off to my side requiring me to twist my torso to use it. While this one is a bit pricey, it works very well. While I do wish the laptop arm/board was a little more sturdy (i.e., it does slightly lean to the mouse stand side even when everything is tightened fully; it does wobble a bit if I'm aggressively typing or resting my wrists on the board), everything feels sturdy and I do not have any concern of anything falling over, especially with the bungie cord around the laptop. While the counter weight could have been a bit heavier given the price, it works well for what it is. Overall, this has been a great purchase to allow me to do work while also completing physical therapy/exercise. My complaints are minor and I would certainly purchase again, if needed.

Stable Laptop stand? Check. Small mobile desk? Check. TV dinner stand? Check.
Holy cow... I love this thing. When I first put it together I thought it looked a bit odd with the weight sticking out and all. I thought the stand would be cumbersome and a pain to deal with. But, I was so very wrong. Before I knew it I was wheeling it all over the place and trying it out with every chair in my place. It's super convenient, way more stable than I thought, and easy to adjust to fit whatever scenario quickly and effortlessly. It's also very easy to slide in and out of the way when needing to stand up / move around. I have a MacBook Air and a larger gaming laptop and it works great with both. I was thinking of getting a desk with wheels to move around from room to room, but that is totally unnecessary now. Everywhere is my desk with this thing. I've used it with my computers, to write on, and sometimes even used it as a quick rolling TV dinner stand. Potential improvements: My MacBook Air doesn't sit back far enough on the stand for me to use the cord. Perhaps in the future additional attach points could be added for smaller laptops. Also, it's not a huge deal, but I would love to have a handle of some sort to wheel it around from room to room if you're using sitting configurations. I have to either raise the stand so I can walk with it or bend over and push it. Maybe something that folds or telescopes so it can be stowed and doesn't interfere with the meat and potatoes of the mechanisms. Just a thought. Those super-duper minor suggestions aside, bravo! This thing is amazing and totally worth the money!

Do Yourself A Favor: Get This One!
Iโve been looking for something like this for over a year, but all of the options seemed obviously flawed to me, too cheap and flimsy, too immobile, questionable structural components, etc. On a slightly separate note I ended up turning to this company, Levo, for an e-reader and tablet holder a couple of months ago, and was thrilled with the results. On that basis I made the leap and bout this laptop/reading/tablet tray, and Iโm glad I did. As it happens Iโm writing this review on my laptop, on the Levo stand. First things first, the quality of the construction is very high; parts fit without a bit of effort, the various components are all excellent. The packaging for both of the Levo products Iโve gotten both met an extremely high standard, and the instructions in both cases were trivially easy to follow. They have a number to call if you need help with anything, but I never had a reason to use it. The arms of the stand are all powder-coated aluminum, and theyโre light as well as sturdy. The base is a SERIOUSLY heavy beast on locking casters, which is what you need for something like this! With a heavy base, even resting my hands on the keyboard, I never feel like thereโs a sense of instability. After less than 10 minutes I had my working laptop stand and no complaints. The mobility of the tray portion is outstanding, and you really can use this every which way. The flip-up tabs at the bottom do the job of keeping the laptop from slipping, as well as the little elastic straps you can use to further secure it. Adjustments are easy to make, in terms of height (two simple paddles lock and unlock the two-stage height adjustment), tilt of the tray (a single knob does that), and even the tension on the swing-arms is easily adjustable with a quarter. The result is that for different uses, you can have a super-stable platform, or one that can be readily adjusted to any angle. For me, this has helped a lot with keeping me from using my laptop on my actual lap, and it looks good doing it. If you found yourself here looking for something to hold your laptop, and youโre not sure because some other models are a little less expensiveโฆ just get this one. Yes, itโs a bit more than some others, but it is also MASSIVELY more reliable and useful.

I like it but it needs tweaking
I use this to hold my keyboard and KVM box. I connect to 4 machines on 2 huge monitors. The assembly was effortless, almost dropped the base on my foot. Once it snapped in correct it was sturdy. Afterwards, I started adding things to it to make it complete with double stick tape. I stuck a KVM box and a small box on the side to hold remotes. I love I can move the platform around separately from my chair, and I can even work standing up, no need for a stand up desk. Overall I am content with it. Wish they had a cup holder extension. Maybe I will make one. I added this to it, and it works out perfectly: https://www.amazon.com/Gator-Cases-Microphone-Standard-GFW-MIC-ACCTRAY/dp/B00YJ5C46K/ref=rvi_sccl_3/142-0079717-4424810?pd_rd_w=ENTCv&content-id=amzn1.sym.f5690a4d-f2bb-45d9-9d1b-736fee412437&pf_rd_p=f5690a4d-f2bb-45d9-9d1b-736fee412437&pf_rd_r=RFK6YDMG6SM92HN19KNY&pd_rd_wg=8LRx4&pd_rd_r=3c2d73f8-c8c2-4015-87eb-b344769f77ea&pd_rd_i=B00YJ5C46K&psc=1

11 hours research this was the winner: wheels, tilt
I looked for a portable laptop with wheels for many hours. I analyzed medical portable laptops like the ones doctors have while taking notes at hospitals. Those were 10-15 times more expensive than the Levo G2. Also looked at lecterns and hospital bed trays in addition to laptops adjustable height I studied all options at least 11 hours. I had the time because sciatica had me in bed several weeks . Needed something like this because putting my laptop on my legs was painful, sitting on a chair was painful and why not something so practical. The more I studied these products the more I became picky and added to my check list what the Adjustable height rolling laptop table needed to have before purchasing anything. 1. portable with wheels. 2. adjustable height lock style like the LevoG2 or pneumatic style 3. tilt 0- 90 (others only have 30 degree or none at all). LevoG2 goes to 180! 4. Stability ( the base is very heavy yet easy to move in between rooms. 5. Moderate size laptop platform max 20 inches. ( not 28- 30 inches like others). 6. Support at end of laptop. to keep it from falling especially since the tilt is great This one comes with 4 flaps on the bottom where laptop sits and an elastic cord to put on the top to hold upper part of laptop secure. I added another elastic cord I use for running shoes to the top part where the one that came with the Levo goes. So yesterday my Levo arrived. I built it and got stuck on the last step and emailed them. Erica at Levo responsed asap. Sent me further pics and VOILA Levo was rolling all over my home Before purchasing I read the review from another buyer who claimed this was not sturdy and flaps useless. I have the opposite view. Mine seems quite sturdy and if the flaps are useless then add another elastic at the top where the one Levo sends goes. I just bedazzled my Levo and put self-adhesive contact to make it match my decor. I know Levo sells cool self-adhesive for the lower part of the base. I just did mine. I am going to be buying from them soon the arm extender reach to have 17 inch arm vs the 14 that it comes with. The 14 inch has worked fine if you use it for sittiing primarily. I want mine to reach further into the bed. :) This is all one needs !!!

Good, Not Great
I am 5'1 and often I can't find products that work with my height even when I'm not standing. I was (am) looking for something I can use for my laptop but also when I'm coloring or doing other creative stuff on the couch. - I have tried padded lap-desks, but haven't found any big enough that have a tilt option so ergonomics aren't there. - I have tried portable standing/lap "desks"/bed-tables that do tilt and have height-adjustable legs, but none of them go low enough to be comfortable over my lap. - I have tried those height-adjustable bed-tables all over social media right now, but the bases never fit under my (reclining) couch and they also don't go low enough to be comfortable over my lap. This laptop stand is kind of there, but not quite. Here are some pros and cons I've noticed, based on my needs: - Pro: The height adjusts to a pretty low position, which is nice for low seats and shorter folks. - Pro: The little arms to hold the laptop are fully adjustable so they work with any size computer and don't get in your way, and can be folded down when you don't need them. - Pro/Con: The elastic string that holds the laptop in place for steeper angles works well, but I found it annoying to use and difficult to place my 16-inch Macbook Pro into without almost dropping it several times. Other solutions I've tried had tops that were covered with a fake leather that kept the laptop from sliding down, and it'd be great to have that for times when I don't want to use the string. I understand the solid plastic makes the tray easy to clean and longer lasting though, so I get why the added material wouldn't be ideal for Levo to use. - Con: The mouse tray has parts underneath it that get in the way when it's lap-height. - Con: I hate the counter-weight. Frankly I didn't plan to use it, so I purchased a nice 25-lb rucking weight that had a hole in the center and planned to use that like another commenter here used a round weight plate. The new version of this laptop stand doesn't allow that option but it would have been so much better for me. The counter weight knocks into anything in the surrounding area and doesn't allow the laptop stand to truly get as close as needed. They should have just made this with a weighted base to lessen the bulkiness of it. - I wish the laptop arm was more like a monitor arm. Instead, it's a straight bar. This means that even if I can manage to get the laptop stand close enough to the seat I'm in, and low enough to use in my short-person lap, I can only use it from the front or maybe in an armless chair. I wanted to love this and I was excited to find it and purchase it despite the price, but it feels like it was designed within a box and without enough thought.

Ergonomic game-changer
Took a bit of maneuvering before hitting the sweet spot, but once I got it there, it changed the way I work - absolutely love this! Nice and heavy, stays put, holds my laptop perfectly, and can still type without hitting the bottom โhold pegsโ. Have 2 phones on the tray, and the tray lip works great. It has resolved the neck issues I was having, by swinging in far enough, I donโt have the โlaptop lean-inโ. Great product, made very well, so glad I took a chance on it!

Excellent product, very sturdy, and works great
This is a great product. Well built and thoughtful engineering. Easy to assembly and it works great. I was hoping to get a slightly longer arm and although it's not available for this model, I was very pleased with the warm and friendly customer support. I've used this everyday for hours the past month or so. No more tech neck! Me and my trapezius muscles are super happy and highly recommend it. I can comfortably work for hours.

Perfect!
I wound up in a neck brace for 3 months due to an injury while on holiday. (long story) As you can imagine, the brace makes it extremely uncomfortable to work at a normal desk. Combined with a comfortable recliner, this workstation allowed me to continue working without having to move my head between the screen and keyboard. Well worth the investment. Not sure if I want to go back to a normal desk once the brace comes off... The only thing missing is a built-in cable management system on the horizontal arm, but Velcro cable ties took care of that.

Beast of piece of kit.
I know this is an expensive item but it is perfect for my needs. It is a beast of a laptop table. Easy glide or lock the wheels. Adjustable and sturdy it is the perfect table for working on from your sofa, bed or chair. Very impressed. Only slight issue is I can't tighten the horizontal plane knob quite as tight as I would like but it doesn't move a lot so is not a problem. I put it together by myself (70 years old) and it was not that difficult. However it does have a very heavy base so be aware when fitting it that you might need someone to help lifting that part.

Nice adjustability, but the laptop securing cord needs a serious redesign
The "system" to hold the laptop essentially relies on gripping the screen or hinge area, and it is very annoying to use. I don't trust securing a laptop at an angle on the table with that bungee cord. It seems very likely that the pressure could damage the laptop over time. I'm sure there are much better design options to keep a laptop reliably locked in place. The table itself looks good and is highly adjustable. However, it's quite easy to tip over when fully extended for a taller person. I understand that there aren't many better products on the market right now, but upgrading the locking system to something reliable and easy to use shouldn't be such a big challenge. I would have returned the product, but it's too much of a hassle to package it back up. I bought this table specifically to use while sitting in a recliner, and I hope that in the future, the manufacturer will offer a tray upgrade to replace that annoying cord with something actually secure and comfortable to use.

brilliant, a little wobble but nothing that is an issue. very flexible for fitting arounf my sofa.

Wobbly
Very solid structure but the table is wobbly and very unstable when you have to work or type on your laptop. Would have expected something more solid and stable for the price. Good for watching or vedeoconferencing stuff but not optimal for actual typing or working.
