I’ve been using the Flexnest Flexbike for a while now (almost an year)and I’m genuinely impressed with the overall build quality and performance. The first thing you notice is how solid and sturdy the bike feels. The frame is very strong, there’s no wobble even during intense sessions, and it gives you the confidence to push harder without worrying about stability. The ride itself is very smooth and quiet. The resistance levels are well-calibrated, so whether you’re doing a light warm-up or a more intense cardio workout, it adjusts perfectly to your needs. The seat and handlebar adjustments are also well designed, making it comfortable for different heights and body types. Another thing I liked is how compact and thoughtfully designed it is. It doesn’t take up too much space, and the finish looks premium compared to many other bikes in this range. Assembly was straightforward and everything felt well engineered. I am 64 years male. Bought this cycle in 2022. It’s rugged and its performance is excellent. I have been using it since 2022 atleast 5 to 6 times a week. Me and my wife use this. Seat Adjustment to individual hight is good but should have been still simpler and easy. Adjusting the resistance is simple by rotating knob and the rotation quality is very good. Though I bought this along with big monitor which can guide through various cycling lessons but I do not use it.

I bought this bike on 11th August 2023 and writing this review on 28th November 2024. I have used this bike for around 15-20 mins for 30-35 days in total, and now i can say i am disappointed with my purchase and regret buying this. I list the reasons below: 1. This bike is literally useless without the Flexnest app. This app is not free. It has an annual subscription of 3500 every year which is way overpriced. I still bought the subscription as i had bought the bike and had no choice but to stick to their app. I purchased the subscription from my android phone. And when i logged in using the same login id and password using my iPhone, it told me i am not a paid member and cant use the app. I tried contacting the customer care for full one month, but they kept giving me vague replies such as 'we are trying sir', 'please reset your phone' etc. But after one month i gave up and my subscription went a total waste of my money. 2. The flexnest app does not support apple watch for heartrate, even though they tell you that it does. When you open the app in the watch, it will tell you to open the mobile app, and when you try to connect the heart rate monitor through the mobile app, it will ask you to open the watch app. Nothing more happens. 3. I am the kind of person who never alters the settings once i have adjusted them to my liking. Even then, after 1 year 2 of the plastic parts have broken. The knob to hold the seat has broken and the mobile holder has broken. Very cheap quality plastic is used. And now i dont know how to replace them as open parts are not available in the market or online. Also my seat foam has started to come out from the left corner. I would suggest not to go with such brands who are very limited, as you wont find any service option if any of their part gets damaged.

Value for money

Let me clarify first that you can absolutely use this WITHOUT a tablet or an app subscription, you just cant track anything as on a normal cycle with no speedometer. On hindsight, if you do not wish to attach your tablet & spend 3600/year for the tracking & visuals, it is perfectly fine to just use on your own music & peddle on. I already own a 91bikes 29 Snowleopard, i only bought this for the home during monsoons. For this limited use, it is premium enough for the price. Use it, dont abuse it. I broke my elbow in a crash on my older bike, using this to heal. 😊

Best investment for home exercise equipment was Flexnest bike. We all at home love spin cycling and has helped us all step on it as we feel the need. We missed this part of the exercise for last 3 years with limited access. the price point and the quality of equipment are fantastic and real value for money. The fact that it comes with a 1 year subscription of various classes it helps kick start even for those who are doing it first time. Pace yourself with the type of class and intensity, there is something for everyone. We strongly recommend. Pros: 1) Build - Its built like a tank and the materials are clearly very premium 2) Looks - Looks very high end due to the black and orange finishing and the clean design. 3) Stability - Bike is very stable and doesn't move an inch 4) Free Flexnest classes - The classes on the app are so motivating and the trainers are amazing! 5) Virtual Scenic Rides - Ride in Paris or New York as you wish 6) App Tracking - I get a mailer every month and the profile page stores all my stats! 7) Scale - It integrates with my Flexscale and also with Apple health seamlessly Cons: 1) Took some time to deliver but their customer service was very supportive. Overall - 5 out of 5 stars and definitely reccomend!!
