You can go for it. I felt good. Don't make it too tight, though. Provides relief to my neck.

The cervical air traction device and collar brace are below average at best. The Velcro quality is poor, and the overall build quality feels substandard. Durability is a concern, and it is difficult to say how long the product will last. Since there is no return option, I have no choice but to continue using it until it stops working. At the very least, better material quality should be used, considering this is a health-related product.
