However, needed to reverse it. No matter what I tried or how much time I spent working with it, it would not work when reversed. It would work reversed until I tried to place it in the door. Then, the latch would not move. I watched the videos. Husband and I spent an hour and a half working with this and we had to put it back the way it was so the latch works upside down and I have to tape the part that you pull on so it doesn't fall down.
