Much better condition and a much quicker shipment than advertised. I would definitely buy from this seller again. Well done! Inspiring book on the topic
I really learnt new concepts and had a solid roadmap. This is a book inspiring other writers, putting additions on the existing classics.

Newer isn't always better
I had the second edition brown cover book. I thought it was great. Maybe it's nostalgia, but the new version seems different.

Excellent companion book to the rest of your lean references
Excellent companion book to the rest of your lean references. Getting at making lean habits and growing cultures at each level of the team and really understanding your work. I also have the previous version. This is similar in content but has improvements in terms of self study questions and a shift in focus to the other levels of leadership and their role/expectations and how to manage up/down.

Great starting book for lean implementations
Just bought this book for my team. Great price. I bought out all of Amazon stock on the book. Plan on buying more for additional team members once available.

Easy to understand explanation of Lean principles
Great book that gives a great amount of information on lean implementation. Having a manager who used some Lean principles, I became interested in Lean. Through reading this book, I not only understood the Lean principles we had in place in my workplace, but also discovered our many shortcomings and how to overcome them.

Its ok
Its a hard read, but some may find it beneficial. I'm in procurement, not MFG, so it wasnt as useful to me. It was required reading for me, at work.

This book is THE global standard for manufacturers facing the need compete and win in the global market place and know they have much work to do with their leaders and managers It has been a missing piece in manufacturing leadership - and David's 'how-to' approach to understanding Leader Standard Work is the best I have seen for anyone wanting to achieve success applying Lean thinking. David's years of practical experience in Steelcase and in so many other manufacturing and healthcare companies makes this book real; practical; and applicable. It is being applied now in any environment where people must come together effectively and achieve results.
