Not really Brown rice
NOT brown rice. This is not the real brown rice. I have tried Dawat brown rice and it is very different from that. The taste is no issue.

Very short grain. The taste is 360° differ from normal white rice. So, buy it in less amount. Taste it. If prefer then go for the deal. Hard to boil in normal pot. Have to use pressure cooker. Much suitable for Kichadi than normal rice. Price is high. Helpful for Diabetics and Weight control. Useful in case of constipation due to having considerable amount of dietary fibre. Potassium relaxes the walls of the blood vessels. Magnesium acts as natural calcium channel blockers. Thus the brown rice may reduce the high blood pressure. But, people with low blood pressure should not use it on regular basis. Please note that it is absolutely not suitable for CKD ( Chronic Kidney Diseases ) patients for its huge potassium content.
