Haven't used it with a hydration bladder but the front pockets are ideal for small water bottles. Plenty of space in the back compartment for a few snacks and my top, which I took off when I got too hot. I have a larger sized phone which just fitted nicely into the front zip pocket making it easily accessible if I need to use it. Very comfortable to wear and happy with the price I paid. Highly recommended. ### ⭐ Arrived defective *by N***T on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 18 June 2020* Item arrived defective. The zip on the Larger pocket was damaged and I cannot fix it. Will be sending back for a replacement as I do like the backpack. Nice size, handy pockets, lies flat on the body and very lightweight. Really lightweight, the fit is excellent and absolutely no rubbing anywhere. It can carry a bladder but as I only run up to half marathon I just use bottles in the front. I did not but their bottles due to the bad reviews.
