APC UPS Battery Backup for Computer, BE550G Surge Protector with Battery Backup, Dataline Protection

I bought one unit of Schneider Electric APC UPS 425VA UPS on May 2024 89.99$. I use it to prevent Internet outage with increasing frequent brownouts and short blackouts. I connect one router and one access point to this UPS. I test the UPS the same day when it arrives. For this, I cut the power upstream to the UPS. It does immediately switch to battery and with no impact on the two devices. Internet is still connected. While on battery, the green indicator light flashes. I hear no alarm. It might have something to do with the settings. I leave the battery on for about one minute then I turn the power back on to the UPS. The green LED no longer flashes. All is well. No interruption occurs for both of my devices. I conclude this is a good product. Working as intended and as expected. Edit: working as usual after one month.

Siempre me recomendaron la marca APC cuando buscaba un UPS para mi computadora de escritorio y la verdad no me ha decepcionado. El producto llego en tiempo y forma, y en excelentes condiciones. Lo he estado usando por un par de meses y ha respondido como esperaba, ahora ya no tengo que preocuparme por estar jugando mis videojuegos favoritos en linea y tener una desconexión imprevista. La verdad recomiendo mucho el producto y el vendedor.

Muy bueno, resistió 2 hrs, sin corriente eléctrica, aunque no tengo muchas cosas conectadas, solo un WiFi y un teléfono de baterías, pero es bueno para cuando baja la corriente, me quede sorprendido.

I've bought APC battery backups for years to plug my computer and WiFi into. My old one was on the way out, and I needed one right away. I ordered this and got it the next day. It works well, has surge protector slots, and is quiet. Hopefully it will be quiet when the power goes out as well. Installation was easy: attach the battery and plug into the outlet. And it was priced less than if I went to my local business supply store and purchased the same thing. Thank you!

My 2nd one. My 1st one lasted 10 or more years, through many power outages and 1brown out and protected all my computer equipment. Awesome product
