Da nuotatore agonista posso dire che questo paracadute è ottimo come dimensione, lunghezza e confort alla vita quando si aggancia. Prezzo onesto. Ottimo per lavori di forza esplosiva in acqua.

Definitely recommend bought a cheaper version of this from decathlon and it just broke straight away as it was made so cheaply but this is so much better

I have had great luck personally using these and using them for my HS swim team. We never did laps with these. Used them for strength and speed work doing high intensity 25's and 50's. We used the 12 inch for really strong swimmers and the 8 inch for girls and butterfly work (I have used the 12 for butterfly, but it is tough to maintain stroke form for me with the big one-that said it gives one a great shoulder burn, but seems as though you can overwork the joint/muscles/tendons easily if not well trained). I like to use this for warm up before a race, it helps me feel the water better and gets the muscles ready faster (although in Master's swimming this may be illegal, so be forewarned).

Buen gadget para el entrenamiento y ganar potencia en los brazos. Es el segundo que compro, uno para un amigo y otro para mi, la verdad es que primero nos turnabamos para usarlo, pero ahora para no depender de los horarios he decidido de comprar otro para tener uno cada uno. Al principio cuesta, pero el resultado es evidente, ahora lo uso 250 metros y luego 250 metros mas con manoplas(voy aumentando poco a poco). Siempre en la mitad del entreno, nunca al principio. Al usarlo la correa te puede molesar un poco las patadas de pies, pero lo hemos solucionado poniendo la correa en un lateral del cuerpo. Mi entreno suele ser de 3000 o 4000 mts diarios. Cuando te lo quitas parece que vas volando por la piscina.
