This is just one of several books by David Brownstein that are all excellent and easy to read and comprehend.  I see complaints about his writing style....for me it's the information I looking for and Dr. Brownstein repeats key points which helps me to remember them long after I've put his books on a shelf.  He's helped me have the knowledge and the nerve to get off of several prescription medications with great results.  That's my goal, better health through nutrition, not masking symptoms with pharaceuticals.

Dr. Brownstein is wonderful, and I don't say that lightly as in my chronic health issue journey I have had to endure doctors whose paradigm of medicine I believe to be inadequate even though what they believe is what the majority of today's allopathic doctors believe.....that doesn't make it right.  I've attended 2 of Dr. Brownstein's lecture and have bought all of his books.

Page 143 refers to Cybros bread (sprouted) and I had to search it out at Sprouts (now sold as Angelic). I'll tell you, that toasted and some greek yogurt really make a great meal. Book deviates from some common heath myths, so I had a degree of appreciation of that.
