I just installed the DIW-20B and LOVE it. Absolutely no water spots! My TDS is 278 and I had spots all over so had to towel dry it all the time, not this time! Thanks again.

Water leaks non stop from the middle of the system when DI water is on. I installed this for my mobile detailing van and every day or two days I have to vacuum the floors because it gets flooded with water. I've been using it for about a month and a half and I decided that I would rather stop using it and deal with regular tap water.The water comes out with 0 ppm as advertised so that's the only reason why it's not a 1 star review.

Echoing what all others have been saying for years, but this is a game changer. Doing the rinse with DI shaves off so much time in regular washes and not having to worry about chasing drips with a towel for hours is almost life-changing. I have low ~100PPM TDS muni water with hopes the resin will last and will likely be quick to get the rv-mods conversion to remove the need for the spotless cartridges, but we'll see how long this lasts as I lock down my optimal rinse time.

I was missing 2 parts that screw into the input and output of the unit, but bought them as home depot, so no problem there, but when I installed it and washed my car I noticed the TDS was at 224. Was supposed to be bascially ZERO, the unit comes with a TDS monitor, and I was told by a plumber that this much resin probably cleaned the first 3 gallons that wen though the unit, but after that I needed new resin already LOL, DONT BUY IT !!!
