High quality and durable frame for a reasonable price - I used it to frame a print as a gift. Looked professional.

I have several of opposite wall frames and I love them but this one came broken out of the box 😣 like the glue didn’t stick and the frame fell apart. I tried my best to glue it back together. We’ll see how it goes but what a bummer.

We bought this 20x20 black frame to display a finished puzzle, and I have mixed feelings. On the positive side, it fit the puzzle perfectly, which was exactly what we needed. The frame itself looks decent from a distance and does the job if you’re not looking too closely. However, the downsides were frustrating. Shipping took about a week, which wasn’t terrible, but when it arrived, the packaging was a mess. There was extremely strong packing tape stuck directly onto the plexiglass front. I tried everything to remove it—Goo Gone, alcohol, acetone, even paint thinner—and it still wouldn’t fully come off. It left the clear front looking damaged and cloudy. For the price, I expected much better quality control. It feels overpriced considering the condition it arrived in. I probably should have returned it, but I needed this exact size and didn’t have an easy replacement option. Overall, it works if you’re in a pinch and don’t mind imperfections, but I wouldn’t repurchase at this price.
