I did order this item on april 20,2020; however, i never received it! item is jan marini step 2 c-esta face serum. why didn't i receive it?

What is the expiration date on this lot?

I don't know the expiration, but I ordered about the same time from the same vendor and mine was very grainy. I have used this product for years and order regularly from Amazon although I know the Jan Marini company does not approve. I returned this item immediately fearing it was a fake and might have something harmful in it. Quinstra had the nerve to charge me a 15% restocking fee! I have been meaning to let Amazon know this and am sorry you had to ask this question. I will never order from Quinstra again. Amazon, can you remove them as a vendor?
