Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare - PlayStation 3

I bought this for my husband. I do not like Call of Duty. I don't particularly like any game where people are constantly shooting at you (plus I tried COD once and there was a bug that made the floor shoot at me for some reason). I like action and adventure video games, but I really like a strong story line, something more than just "we are at war". But I picked this up while my husband was away from the console and it didn't take long until I was addicted to this game. It was a lot of fun, and the story line isn't bad either. I think it was the exo-suits that did it. :)

I love this game. I am a 52 year old women who has been a video game player since "Pong". My girlfriend gave me a Playstation 3 for Christmas a few years ago and I love it. I have all the Call of Duty games as well as all the Battlefields except for the latest one, I'll add that to my collection before the end of this month. I don't play on line because I don't like all the trash talking, its too distracting for me. I especially like that Kevin Spacey is in it, love this guy.

To be honest due to my business schedule I haven’t got the time to finish playing this game since last year either am really busy or am busy playing different COD online. When it came i was a bit disappointing that I didn’t get it in it’s original case but I look past that and i created a custom case for it and the cd works really great without any issues guess thats really the most import part so yeah it’s pretty good.

Wonderful game! Bought this in 2015... So glad I have. Love the strafing and exotic zombies... Purchases all for the ps3 and they had gave us a chance to get all the purchased dlc for our ps4 store... So we were able to just use the dlc for ps4 instead of rebuying em... Was a great deal... But now... It's on my ps4 and hand this down to my young brother for his ps3 and he loves it as well. Thanks!

Omg. Can you say game-a-gasm! This is by far the best call of duty yet. The only thing I don't like is that you have to pay extra for the zombies but other than that it's awesome. The campaign is B.A. The new update weapons, features, and toys are great! I give this game a whopping 5 stars.

While I love this game in many ways after a couple of weeks owning it, there are a few shortcomings with it. I felt the campaign mode did not do a good enough job of fully and easily showing all of the capabilities of the exo suit, especially in preperation for online play. The campaign story line was good, had nice flow to it and well put together maps, while keeping things like driving cars and other contraptions to a relative minimum. Online play has a HUGE learning curve and can be very intimidating and fustrating playing against more experienced players. There are no tutorials or anything that I have found yet to help learn anything, (in game (if there is, it is part of the learning curve to find it)) it is all trial and error. There are many, many more options and tweaks for online play that are not even almost covered anywhere I have found in campaign or in the online game. While I am still learning the game and have yet to give a final review, my slight increase in knowledge after over three hours of online play and even more trying to figure out everything, is starting to improve my opinion of it. I almost considered giving it three stars due to a few small to moderate personal gripes, mainly fluidity of navigation through the menu's, the learning curve, somewhat confusing scoring and gameplay, the inability to shut off the kill cam (there may be a way that I have not discovered yet) and load times between games (after realizing that there are unlocks you can activate between the games, it made a little more sense for the relatively long time between games). On a positive note, The exo suits are a wonderful addition and spin on the common shooter but part of the learning curve learning to play in a 3D environment. I feel once all of the learning curves have been addressed and more time in game to improve my game skill, I will have a much improved view. Getting tips online prior to playing, I think would help a lot of this ahead of time.

Great price. Quick response to my questions and quick shipping as well. The game itself as usual for new multi platform games on ps3 is not as well done as if i bought it on ps4. The game is laggy in the menus but not during gameplay. A bit annoying. But good game none the less
