Das Mobilkissen von Russka kann ich euch empfehlen, ich entlaste mein Rücken beim Sitzen sehr. Sitzen ist für den Rücken sowieso schlecht aber ich kann nicht nur stehen. Also wird immer gewechselt. Ein Punkt Abzug für die Größe.  Ich habe schon die größte Größe genommen 36 cm Durchmesser und finde das etwas zu klein für mein Bürostuhl. Ich habe Konfektion Größe 36,  ich würde das Kissen in 45 cm Durchmesser haben wollen. Dann währe es richtig bequem. So sitze ich wie auf einem Ei, ich passe auf, dass ich nicht zu weit nach vorne oder hinten rutsche damit ich mein Rücken entlaste und nicht belaste.

Das Kissen ist mit Luft gefüllt und nicht sehr hoch (was ich sehr gut finde). Es ist allerdings empfehlenswert, das Kissen mit einem Bezug zu kaufen, denn es fühlt sich recht kühl an ohne. Zu Beginn etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber großer Effekt. Wer an akuten Rückenproblemen leidet, sollte sich langsam "herantasten".  Die Qualität scheint in Ordnung (habe das Kissen noch nicht so lange). Das Material riecht nicht und rein optisch ist die Verarbeitung ebenfalls in Ordnung. Ich finde es ein empfehlenswertes Produkt mit guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Ist in täglichem Gebrauch mit vielem Hinsetzen und Aufstehen. Ein Nachlassen des Luftpolsters ist nicht festzustellen. Die Spezialpumpe habe ich umsonst dazu gekauft.
