Love this!!!!! And so doesn't my floor!!! We had a bit of challenge with it as first because my dogs legs are so short, he is a 25lb. Frenchton. I probably should have gotten the smaller one. Olli kept trying to drink out of the side of the bowl, so I had to kitty-corner it and now he is drinking like a pro! This bowl catches extra water and extra hitch hiking food. Saving my floor and my feet! LOVE!

I have 2 German Shepherds and a Basset hound that used to make a huge mess around the water bowl. This wonderful holder has stopped all that. the water just drips into the catch part so no mess. And my Basset hounds ears do not fall into the water either. Who ever invented this "way to go"!

I love this thing. My dog loves to shovel food out of his bowl using his snout and it gets everywhere on the floor. I tried getting a really large ceramic bowl and only filling it very low but he still manages to push kibble out of the bowl. Although he still pushes the food out of his bowl, it no longer is everywhere on the floor. This bowl neatly contains everything within the walls. Cleanup is also a breeze, not too many grooves that are hard to get into and clean. Everything disassembles effortlessly and puts back together with ease. I even take it traveling with me as it can go down to half its size when packed up. Still bigger than bowls alone, but worth the extra packing space to not make messes wherever we go. So far I've had this product since my pet has been 2 and he turned 6 this year so it's pretty great quality and durable. I just came to write this review to help out any other owners with similar pup behavior make a decision, you won't regret it. I still love this purchase many years later.

Nice sized bowls for 65lbs Aussies. Catches water splashes and keeps the area clean + non-slip factor keeps them from sliding around the floor. I love these and have friends who highly recommended so giving 5-stars overall for the product. Unfortunately, my dogs have yet to adjust to the guard. Their line of sight is blocked while they eat or drink, and gets them too anxious to use them! If you have nervous dogs, make sure they are good with the high guard block before investing in these.

I thought about getting this for a long time, but could never really justify spending this much money on a water bowl for my dogs, so I just kept watching it and thinking about it. Finally, it went on sale one day for a price that was closer to acceptable to me so I grabbed it and thought I would see if it is worth it. I use this just for water at my house, which works great for us. My sister pointed out that it looks like Darth Vader, so now I just call in the Darth water or the Vader bowl. The design of this feeding station really does cut back on the mess. It is very easy to assemble. You just put the top part on the base and the bowls fit right in there. The plastic is super smooth, so the water just beads up and rolls straight down to the drain part. I love that it has a raised wall all around the bowls to cut back on the splashes everywhere. My dogs were more likely to make a mess behind the bowl than they were to drool water all over the floor in front, so this has helped to keep the wall clean too! This is also great for those mornings when I am running late for work and I need to fill the water really quick before I leave. Typically, when that happens I make a mess and have to clean up after myself, but this bowl has my back! All of the water that has been splashed around collects in the tray beneath the bowl. You don't see it, so now you will just have to remember to move the top on occasion to empty it out. Again this is easy to do. The tray has a wide enough edge around it that you can easily carry it to the sink to dump it out without making a mess on the way there. The smooth texture of the plastic also makes it very easy to clean. It wipes clean very easily and really stays looking a lot nicer than I expected between cleanings. The drain part is even pretty good about catching the dog fur so it is not mixing with the water underneath. It does have little rubber pieces on the legs of the bowl to keep it from sliding. I don't have it in a location where it would slide around much anyway though, so I can't say for sure how well that works. The top of the rim in front stands about 6" off the floor, so the bowls are actually a bit lower than that. That would be something to consider if you need more or less elevation depending on the size of your dog. The stainless steel bowls are good quality and hold a good amount of water. Overall, I am very happy to have this water bowl and I am glad I found it on sale. I think it has kept the floor and walls cleaner and it looks nice in my kitchen. If it were priced a bit lower I would recommend it to everybody. At the current price of $47.99, I still feel it is a bit of a luxury item for my income. However, price is relative so I rarely factor that into my reviews, so if the price is good to you I think it is a great bowl.

I wasn't going to get this because its a lot for a dog dish but I love that its keeping the water off the floor! If it lasts than it will be worth the price. But so far I love this thing. My dog started using it as soon as I set it down.

It is big, but my dog is the messiest eater and drinker. No more wiping up the floor 2-3 times a day. I love this dog feeder!

I bought these because I have one dog who likes to move the bowl all over the house in an attempt to "cover" it up. I end up with food all over my house. This was the perfect solution and I am no longer picking up food. It was cute and entertaining at first but... The bowls are the perfect size and the containers catch any water that spills over while they are eating.

BEST water bowls!! We bought these cause we have cats that love digging in water dishes and spilling water everywhere, we looked at multiple designs and decided to try this cause it catches the water underneath and we couldn’t be more happy!! It stopped our cats from digging in the water and making a mess and both our dogs love it!

Amazing product, we have a Bullmastiff that used to get food all over the floor, his dishes, the walls and even the ceiling. It is now contained within the feeder!!! Only downside is the height. Could do with being higher but we can fix that ourselves.
