Product Description Dr. Oetker Bright and Bold is a 4-cell jar containing multi-coloured balls, mutli-coloured strands, yellow sugar crystals and hundreds and thousands which gives a Bright and Bold finish to your baking.For best results sprinkle on desserts just before serving and on icing just before it sets. Ingredients Sugar, dextrose, WHEAT starch, glucose syrup, rice flour, modified maize starch, vegetable fat (palm), colouring foods (concentrates from radish, sweet potato, safflower, lemon, blackcurrants), colours (curcumin, riboflavins, brilliant blue FCF, patent blue V, titanium dioxide), glazing agents (shellac, canauba wax, beeswax white and yellow), vegetable oil (coconut), emulsifiers (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, SOYA lecithins), salt, BARLEY malt, anti-caking agent (talc). Lovely colors
This is lovely sprinkle except in one part it has just yellow crystal candies, they not look good on anything.
