Amedei Toscano Brown Chocolate Bar

Beautiful Milk Cocolate worth every penny. Fresh milk taste. All of the cocoa butter and non of the soy you find in ordinary brands. Smooth really smooth. You must try this. It’s worthy of your bucket list.

Chocolate is tasty but seems to have suffered from cocoa butter bloom, unsure if during manufacturing or during transit. As a gift item I would be cautious as it could arrive in a damaged condition.

So much better chocolate than the giants here in the states (Hershey for example) and without the NGPR, "natural flavoring" and Soy Lecithin additives. Italian and European chocolate is so much better. The Italians are also so much better in their packaging presentations. Do you pay for all this in the cost, absolutely, but it's worth it.

This has got to be the tiniest chocolate bar I've ever seen. The texture is surprisingly chalky, like the cheap chocolate of my youth growing up in Italy, however, behind that there is a dense creaminess. A distinct flavor of chocolate is there, but it is unremarkable, possibly due to the strong disappointment in the texture. In short, I do not like this chocolate at all, even if it were free. It came packaged between two packets of EverCold, which I've never heard of before, and these I am finding are really handy. I keep them in the car for when I buy cold things at the supermarket. I am so happy with them that I feel myself square with Amedei Toscano for the disappointing chocolate experience.

Delicious, soft and taste!

Amazing! I bought this for my girlfriend as a gift, and while I was at it I figured I'd get one for myself. It is by far the best thing my taste buds have ever experienced! It's pretty pricey but once you have just one bite you'll never be able to settle for crap like Hersheys(who no longer uses real cocoa) again! I plan on buying many many more!

My husband and I both lived in Europe for years and love good quality chocolate, especially Swiss, Austrian and Belgian chocolate. We've been trying the top 10 chocolate makers on different lists when holidays or special occasions come up and Amedei is on some of those lists. This was a good bar of chocolate, but not any better than a Lindt and Sprungli milk chocolate and much more expensive. It was creamy and had fruity notes, and was a delicious bar of chocolate, but I was expecting it to be one of the better ones I'd tried for the price. I'd be open to trying some of Amedei's other bars. Perhaps this isn't one of their best. For the record, we love both milk and dark chocolate, depending on the type and maker.

Durch einen Hinweis in einem Schoko-Laden bin ich auf Amedei gekommen - und habe es nicht bereut! Schokoladengenuß pur - die ihren zugegebenermaßen hohen Preis wert ist!

This tastes delicious, it only contains 21g carbs for the bar and it is creamy but not sickly so makes for a nice treat without worry.

If you like milk chocolate you will LOVE this - one of the true classics.
