Yummy. Love wrights mixes
Yummy! Always get good results with wrights. Very easy. Don’t need to add much else to create a lush cake. I mixed in some crystallised ginger. Sooo nice. Cooked in loaf tin and it lasted well for a few days, didn’t dry out. Really tasty.
