time is delay 10 min how to rectify this problem can help us

Please replace the unit by sending it to our warehouse, please email your complete address and we will send you new device. call on 80813 74476 for further details

It resets its time after restart, i need to set time daily.

You do not need to set time again and again. It has an inbuilt long lasting battery that keeps the time setting intact even if there is a power cut and there is no power backup available. Once you set the time the clock keeps running until you change the time manually. Seller is very cooperative and supportive if you have any presale or post sale doubts they will clear them properly.
