The wringer has a strong grip and wrings the mop out almost bone dry if you let it. It gives you control over how much water you want in your mop head. The mop head itself cleans beautifully on my linoleum and laminate floors. It's also semi-decent for walls if you can get the flaccid fibres to cooperate.
