I have hyper startle disorder/tourettes and I felt like my life was getting harder to live daily ... This really helped allot until it didn't. Not sure what happen but it started to make things worst... I think this stuff is amazing and it is a must try.... but when it stops working I would say its your body saying "I AM GOOD" and you should stop for a while and let your body dictate when to start back taking it.

Calm energy boost!

My naturopath recommended this supplement and this brand. As it is professionally recommended it needs to be of higher quality and effective. While no miracle drug, it’s a supplement after all, it has helped me over time in addition to other recommendations.

Product helps tremendously with fatigue.

Overall it helped with sleep. Unfortunately, I had to stop taking it as it caused big cystic acne bumps that were more than I could tolerate. And yes, this was the only thing that changed when the breakouts occurred. It may not happen for everyone, but keep an eye out.

The larger size is fabulous. I am a traveling nurse so sometimes it is hard to get items shipped.

My doctor recommended these after life had handed me crisis after crisis for several years and chronic stress was taking a toll on me. I took two a day and within a week noticed a strong improvement in focus and energy. Every once in a while when I’m no longer taking these I will notice difficulty focusing and concentrating and the sensation that I’m trying to plod through concrete to get routine tasks done. I start these again and find myself quickly back on track.

This product was recommended to me by my functional medicine doctor about five years ago and I have been taking it ever since. I take two in the morning and have been enjoying the benefits the main one being that I don’t get a fatigue feeling in the afternoon. I used to wake up feeling exhausted and I do not feel that way any longer. When I skip a few days or take one instead of two I notice the difference. I am calm and Do not get frustrated easily. I do take other supplements but this one seems to have evened out my Cortisol levels which were uneven to begin with.

For what I paid for these, I expected better things. Unfortunately I didn't notice a difference to my well-being.
