Are theses real pearls?

Yes, when opening the pearls they are imbedded in the meat of the oyster. One pearl out of the 20 was not perfectly round which happens with real pearls sometimes but still beautiful.

Looking for oysters with just green pearls in them.. I need 10 ?

Contact this supplier. You can absolutely just get an order of different variations of green pearls. Pearl color cannot always be an exact match, but getting green is definitely not difficult. They have supplied me for almost a year with oysters and have a color chart. Extremely easy to work with, and resolve issues quickly. I'm not sure what is held in their US warehouse, as I deal with ordering directly from them in China. But greens, I have greens from light pale and mint to dark forest green from them.
