Very hard foam, not sure if helpful
I first requested a return on these pillows because they hurt my neck in which I have stenosis and I get dizzy when my neck is pressed or the base of my skull. The pillow hurts the base of my head and I woke up a little dizzy one morning. I kept the pillows because I wondered if they would straighten my neck a little and I'm not sure if that is right. I am still sleeping on this pillow, some two weeks now. They are VERY HARD, they do not sink down with the weight of your head and very expensive. I got the pack of 2. I do not have a pillow case that fits, I should see if they make them, but they won't match my sheets. I'm a little undecided as to whether these are good for my neck but still using them. Also they do not make up well on your bed, not pretty.
