Shameful after-sales – No demo, just blame game
I received the machine on 6 Aug 2025. DVD is faulty, and no demo has been provided. Brother refuses to help, saying demo is chargeable because I purchased from Amazon. Amazon refuses to help, asking me to contact Brother. This is a clear failure of customer support and coordination. If this is how your brand treats genuine customers, it speaks volumes. Let us see if anyone from your team takes responsibility now.

Good buy , working good .
Have used this model previously so wanted to order the same variant. The product was well packaged and definitely new . Did a trial run , everything looks good for now . Found a brother demo video on YouTube which is really helpful. Overall happy .

Machine is good but one of the acessory is missing.
Works well as described but one of the accessories is missing which was shown in the description, checked with manufacturer but they not bothered to help.
