How do I calculate the body fat percentage after measuring myself with the caliper?

It comes with a chart, but don't trust it. Get yourself dunked for a true body fat%. Calipers said I was 21% but I know I'm around 13. Dunk said I was 11.2%

No it does not come with measure tape

How many skinfold sites are pinched and added together for this device? Most good ones use 4: bicep, tricep, superiliac, subscapular.

There is only one site on the instructions but you'll get great results with this caliper and the Linear Body Fat Calculator app (I think its free).

I can't seem to get a constistant measurement . I get everything from 11-21% body fat . What spot is the easiest to measure ?

There was a good tutorial online I found when I typed in the model and "how to use." Basically use the "jaws" to measure right of the inside of your belly button, then pinch "jaws" wide up and down from that point.
