**Q: manufactured where? US / china**
A: I do not know where this knife was manufactured, but I would not think China.  It is well made, very sharp and easy to use.  I recommend it.

**Q: how long is the blade? I am looking for one to chop pico the gallo or guacamole.**
A: The max width of the blade is 6 inches. I suppose the size of the bowl you use would determine if the blade would work for.   I love it I use a bid bowls to make chopped salad and it works great.

**Q: Does chopping in a metal bowl dull the blades?**
A: Yes it will take the sharp edge off the blade. The same as using a knife on a hard board. If used on a wood or plastic surface or bowl, the blade will stay sharp for a very long time.

**Q: Is the blade beveled on both sides? Or just one like an Ulu?**
A: It is beveled on both sides.
