Keep your money!

This 3D printer quit working after a month. When contacted customer service, they wanted a video of it not working.? When I sent a video of nothing happening, I could not download the video. They say they want to work with me but there’s always an excuse, another impossible step. Keep your money. Do not buy!

Save your money

After the return window closed the printer stopped working. It shows connected to my wifi but nothing from the app will print and what is preloaded is baby stuff. My son is very disappointed

Very disappointing

VERY DISAPPOINTED in this product. After the Amazon return window closed and us only used it for a month the printer started having issues and was malfunctioning so I contacted the manufacturer and they won't help me in a replacement machine.
