The computer came in French and installing English language packs and uninstalling the French language packs did not fix the problem. Menus would be half in English and half in French. After that we tried two factory resets and spent hours in the PowerShell trying to force the PC to forget French and only use English. Eventually we downloaded a clean copy of windows to a flash drive and booted the computer from the drive. Ethernet port had to be reinstalled, but the computer finally gave up being in French. It took it a long time to recognize the Microsoft key, overnight, but thankfully the computer is finally running and able to be used as intended. Fourteen hours is a ridiculous amount of time to spend on a computer that should be fairly ready to go out of the box. Definitely a pain to setup up, I highly recommend being prepared to create a bootable media device.

Fun while it lasted
First day I bought the pc I plugged it in and it kept turning on and off like it didn't have enough wattage. Eventually got it to start working for a few months. Had to unplug it again and the same issue was fun while it lasted .

Amazing !
Great PC. I bought it for my son for Christmas and he loves it! It has a lot of storage.He does alot of gaming and the pc has worked amazing. The graphics are great and all the games work with no issue. It does not take long to start up. My son using his computer for many things such as gaming, making music, digital art & just as a regular PC. Overall great PC!
