This tea is warming, soothing, calming, and delicious at the end of the day. I'm not a big mint tea fan; however, this one is satisfying all by itself with nothing added, or add a bit of honey. I bought some for me and some to give away. Good quality tea and tea bags.

This tea has a blend of spearmint and peppermint which is also decaffeinated so it won't keep you awake if you drink it at night. The flavor is pleasant and it's great for soothing an upset stomach.

If youre a tea drinker you'd find these refreshing. They not only helped me with my tummy issues but also helped when I was sick. (Just added a little lemon and honey). My mom got addicted to these and ive ended up buying more. These are good in many ways.
