Good for dry skin. Not for oily ones.
Elf cosmetics have always been of quality. I have used previously the green primer of elf and would go back to that again. This one is good but my skin is oily and it makes it more oily. Not to be used during summers. Good for those with dry skin though.

Silicone texture - make sure your skin is hydrated beforehand
Unfortunately, it's the silicone texture that I'm not a fan of, I was hoping it'd be more of a cream. This doesn't work for all faces, you'd have to hydrate your skin before using this as it dries up while you put your foundation on and it shows up
