Good quality in budget price
I was looking for a simple fan and without any bells and whistles. This one fits the bill. The wings and motor is of a good quality compared to another model which is similar and available for 1,600. I bought this for 2000. This will do work for you for years. This is not an energy efficient fan though.

Missing 2number
Crompton fan is very but inside the box. Pair of canopies 1N is missing and Shackle assembly kit 1N is missing

Not so high speed
Not very high speed fan. Quality is good but not very speedy. Till now going good.

A good product worth the money spent if the energy consumed is really what i claimed...!
It is a good fan, working quietly and giving good breeze along with sweep (area covered), better than some Havells fans that I also have at home (unfortunately!). Incidentally, I am using one of these fans 24 x 7, since I work from home and this is installed in the room where I work and keep my laptop, so it keeps both me and my laptop cool all day long. The only reason that I have not given it 5 starts is that I have no easy way of measuring the power actually consumed by the fan, the primitive method, of course, being to connect a multimeter in series with the fan to measure the AC current consumed, but if Crompton Greaves offer a simpler method of checking the power consumption, I, as an electrical engineer, would welcome the idea of verifying the power consumption compared to the Havells fans that I also have...!

Great air circulation at lower power consumption
Believe it or not, air blown below as well as sidewards upto 10 ft, ie. If you have a room of 20ft x 20ft and fan is installed in center, people sitting on the floor near the walls of room can feel the air from the fan. Best part is power consumption, Normal fan consumes 75-80 Watts. This one ~53 watts.

Not value for money
Very bad very light weight fan , it gives noise when operational… want to return but time lapsed.. don’t recommend this product, further it came wdout remote.. too costly, other fan I bought half d price and are very good..
