Update to my update! So wonderful customer service. They reached out to replace and refund my product. In doing so it seems I ordered a product for a lift mixer not a flip mixer. Regardless they sent the right one and it appears to have a product upgrade and it was a good one bc the new and improved product was amazing. Made whipped cream today it not only wiped the mixer head, it also acted as a Shield to splatters. I give this and 10/10 and would highly recommend! Update to my review. So yes this broke and that was sad and frustrating bc I was excited about it. However this company stands by their product. I was contacted and offered a refund and replaced. They spoke to me and learned more about the situation. They were kind and considerate and it was an actual human not computer. That means a lot and I definitely want to support this company. This broke when I tried to use it. Didn’t even get to use it so not sure how it would work if I had gotten it on

While it was delivered with care, the first think I noticed was how rigid it was..., and the broken edge at one of the slot ends, like it just snapped. I am not going to return it as I'm too damn tired to bother with it. I will use it until it breaks somewhere else. At least it's more flexible with the break in it. Even with perfect hand placement as shown per instructions, I have to push it really hard, like the material has dried out and has degraded with age.

Got as a gift and am just thrilled I got it. Works good. No problem attaching it. Love the color to. I got a purple and was told the had different colors. Easy to store as it is flat, it goes right in the pocket of my mixer cover. Great gift!

This does not fit my whisk, though it is listed as one that should be compatible. The number of whisk tines is correct, but the diameter of the scrape itself is too small and won't fit over them. Edit: I felt like it was necessary to come back and change my review. Even though the product didn't work and I was outside of the return window, after seeing my review the seller issued me a full refund. Five stars for customer service, I wasn't expecting that at all. Thank you for hearing me and going above and beyond!

I wasn’t sure if this was going to work. Boy was I wrong! It slid onto my whisk attachment with no problem, and it was shocking to see how much more whipped cream I ended up with. And much less cleanup involved than before. It’s a winner. This fits the 4 1/2 quart Kitchen Aid, but I think you need a different one for the larger sizes. The number of slots is different, so check your attachment to see how many tines you have.

Durable and effective. It is awkward to difficult to slide into place. Wouldn’t buy again. Next time, I’m going to try disposable gloves and sliding my fingertips down the wires of the whisk.

Ich habe eine KitchenAid "Tilt Head", also keine Pro-Version sondern die mit dem schwenkbaren Kopf. Hierzu passt eigentlich die andere Version des Whisk Wipers. Da ich aber nicht den original KitchenAid Schneebesen verwende sondern den TschimmWhip aus Edelstahl und dieser eine andere Geometrie und einen etwas größeren Durchmesser hat, habe ich es mit dieser etwas größeren Version versucht. Genauer gesagt habe ich zunächst gar nicht daran gedacht, dass der TschimmWhip andere Maße haben könnte und die andere Version bestellt. Als ich bemerkte, dass diese nicht passt und bei Whisk Wiper nach den Maßen der größeren Variante fragte, waren diese so freundlich, mir den Kaufpreis für díe bereits gekaufte kleinere Version zu erstatten und mich gebeten, stattdessen die größere Variante (also diese hier) zu bestellen und auszuprobieren. Ich habe somit zwei zum Preis von einem bekommen. Die andere Version kann ich trotzdem verwenden, da ich die beheizte Rührschüssel habe, die wiederum mit ihrem eigenen Schneebesen kam, auf den die kleinere Version passt. Tatsächlich passt die PRO-Version (diese hier) wunderbar auf den TschimmWhip und die Tilt Head Maschine. Ich habe es sowohl mit der kleinen als auch der großen Rührschüssel ausprobiert. Sie schlägt nicht an den Rand der Schüssel. Den eigentlichen Zweck erfüllt das Produkt natürlich auch. Ich habe es vor allem deswegen bestellt, weil beim Aufschlagen von Eiweiß immer das meiste im Innern des Schneebesens gefangen bleibt und dort nur schwer herauszubekommen ist. Mit dem Whisk Wiper kein Problem mehr. Einmal drüberstreifen, und alles landet in der Schüssel. Das Produkt macht einen stabilen Eindruck, mal sehen ob es sich im Langzeittest bewährt. Sowohl das Produkt als auch der Support haben mich überzeugt. Jede Anfrage wurde am selben Tag, oft nach Minuten, beantwortet. Ich hoffe, der Whisk Wiper hält recht lange.
