Steak-Umm, Sliced Steaks, Frozen, 9 oz

These slices are paper-thin. Because they are "chopped and formed," they don't have the bite of a whole steak. They shred easily and break apart while cooking. It is a great deal for a soft sandwich filling. For the best results, cook them straight from the freezer (do not defrost them) to help them hold their shape longer. It tastes great and smells like the steaks from the restaurants.

Love these steak ums for a quick yummy dinner!! Great inexpensive meal idea.

These are very good. They make great sandwiches, snacksand you can have it with rice or potatoes or even noodles.

My dog loves them. They’re ok for people too. We usually take them when we go camping and throw them on the flat top. Not very flavorful out of the box but with a little seasoning and cheese you’ll have a nice sandwich like the picture on the package.

Taste is pretty good on its own without adding anything to it (of course you should be mixing it with other things and have a nice flavorful meal) As for value, a bit debatable on if it's good or not. 6 sliced steaks are just enough for two small french rolls or something equivalent, better off as a personal quick fix meal than anything else (in this size and at this price at least)

Decades ago these came out and they were fast easy and tasty to make. They are the same way today just really expensive. Amazon fresh hardly ever has them in stock so i am giving up on seeing them here and will find them in super markets. If Amazon Fresh sold them here a little cheaper and in a bigger box, i would be happy to buy them from here. I do not understand how things are done at Amazon because these apparently sell out every time. IS it some sort of business deal where they only let you sell a small amount of Steakums if you sell other things first? What can i do to sell you steakums in bulk so people like me can get these when we want them?
