Trust me getting down on the ground gets tougher and tougher as you get older ! **Q: How easy is it to put reformer on stand or to take it off for storage?** A: Depends on what "storage" means. Standing up against a wall is simple. More than that is just unplugging pins or removing knobs, still fairly non-mechanical. **Q: what is the difference of 700 and 650 model?** A: Don't quote me on this but I don't believe much. I think that they are different model years. According to a Google search, they look nearly identical. When comparing their product specs, their product measurements are vary very, very slightly. I think the 700 is newer but don't believe they are appreciably different. I really enjoy my 700 and think it is a good buy. It was pretty easy to put together. **Q: Is this machine ok for beginner who hasn't done Pilates before?** A: I would recommend having some in-person lessons before using it on your own. I think it’s very important to know how to do it properly before you get into it, and while a video can show you how to do it, it can’t tell you if you are doing it correctly. I had taken classes for many years before purchasing this, but even a few classes would be helpful for the beginner.
