I think upto 8 devices can be connected simultaneously via WiFi. The only drawback that I encountered is that it's not effective at approx. more than 6 to 7m range and obstructions like walls & closed doors. You need to use a mini SIM (normal SIM) for internet. You could also use a micro SIM but with a SIM adapter.
