does anyone have issues with grain getting stuck in the dispenser slide when trying to close it? I'm looking to use it with animal feed grain

It works well with dry seeds, grain and animal food pellets. Just need to look that fabric from back not go with feed. Close problem might be more with salt and sand when it moist.

Has anyone used this with prewashed sand?

We tried this on a bulk 2000# supersack of road sand/salt mix and it did not work. The sand bridged too easily and would not flow. Not sure if pre-washed would work or not. Needed to be a larger opening I think and it would work for our application but they do not make a larger size.

Can it work with cement if you plan on using the whole bag that day?

If cement is dry. You need to be ready to shake the bag time to time, so that it will flow easly. You can also keep dry cement for future use if humidity level is low.

Has anyone ever used this for a bag of Styrofoam peanuts?

Yes, you can use it. Just might need some shaking, if Styrofoam is not easy flowing. Good to try.
