The College Panda's SAT Math: Advanced Guide and Workbook for the New SAT

This book has all the maths concepts that are required for the SAT . College Panda has done a great job in writing this book, as by just solving these books you can easily ace the SAT-Maths section. I recommend this Book to all those who are taking the SAT. It is much better than using the other guides out there, if you use the book efficiently .There is also Writing section book-which is also very well written.

The book is really great for the sat math as it covers all the topics and has plenty practice problems at the end of each topic the problems are tougher than what the sat tests which is a great thing for people who want to score above the 700 range.

This book is just amazing! I love it! Nielson's answer explanations are very simple and easy to understand for the SAT Math. His practice questions are also incredible. Would highly recommend this book!!!!

It is helping me to the extend that even the official sat books didn't. One thing that I had learned, is that the books which focus only on one section is more helpful than the books which randomly talks about all of them. Really recommend it to you all.

Really nice book for the SAT math section. Only time will tell, but I am definitely feeling a lot more confident of the math section just from completing a couple of chapters. Explains the concepts really well.

DO NOT buy this book if your intent is to have a quick review of the math you'll find is the SAT. I personally found the book questions a lot harder than the real SAT questions, and on top of that the concepts were explained in a way I found hard to understand. I didn't end up using this book, but instead found a lot more useful to study by actually practicing past SAT math test.

This is the only test prep series my daughter uses to prepare, and she has stated "It is the best;I LOVE it!" Especially useful is the straight forward, no nonsense, nuts-and-bolts approach of organizing the chapters by concept and providing ample practice problems with varying difficulty levels. As a homeschool mom, I appreciate the functional approach, ease of use and effectiveness for self-paced study. I also appreciate the well-gathered data and analysis of the actual SAT the author provides to aid students in their test-taking strategy. My daughter used the original SAT Math: The Advanced Guide for a brief preparation for the PSAT10 because this new guide wasn't available at the time. She is now using this New SAT Guide in preparation for the PSAT in the fall and the SAT next spring. Once she gets going on the practice problems, she can't stop! We love the specific tips and techniques suggested for solving the respective problem types. She's so motivated to get through them in an effort to improve her math score, which tends to be her weakest area. The boost in confidence that I see is well worth it and gives mother and daughter peace of mind! This guide is not just for "Top Scorers" but goes a along way in prepping all college bound students to put their best foot forward.
