Definitely worth a try to alleviate symptoms
I have been taking several of the different kinds of Estroven now for about 8 months. I have definitely noticed an improvement. I don't get the burning ears as often as I did before & definitely this stuff has helped relieve overly dry skin. I actually feel pretty back to normal most of the time. I left off one star just because I'm not sure it really helped my mood. I almost quit my job in an angry rage last week due to the very infrequent, unpredictable, now less-then-monthly visitor that I didn't realize was coming. But, not sure if that kind of thing is possible to mitigate w/ OTC supplements. Oh well....I definitely recommend these products (all of the Estroven varieties). Price is good and it really does seem to help w/ most symptoms.

This Is Better Than Nothing
This is legit the only thing I've found that even half works. I can't take HRT bc of history of breast cysts so I turned to this in desperation. Don't expect miracles but it WILL help somewhat and that's better than not at all. Def give it a try if your Dr says no to HRT.

It does help, but with side effect
I noticed within 3 days of taking that my "menopause mood" had changed and I was more calm, less angry and able to complete tasks without having a meltdown. It was a great feeling! My hot flashes also lessened but I then got terrible dry mouth. It was so bad I was actually waking up with my teeth sticking to the inside of my mouth and having to have a few sips of water just so I could go back to sleep. I stopped taking the pill and within a few days the dry mouth went away but the rage monster returned. Not sure which ingredient caused the dry mouth, but bought some Black Cohosh and Magnolia Bark capsules to try and they do not do the job like the Estroven formula did. I'm now trying to take one Estroven pill every 2 or 3 days and it's mildly helping and the dry mouth is tolerable. Going to keep tinkering to hopefully find a happy medium.
