You can either go on MAC's website and look at their color chart or you can google images/youtube videos of people demonstrating swatches. I am fair so I use NW20, but MAC is really good about offering a variety of cool and warm toned shades to blend in flawlessly with your skin. You can also go to Sephora and have them match you. It's a great concealer!

If you have pink undertones then pick anything with nw, if it's yellow undertones then pick nc. I'm a nw 25 and I have light medium skin. I vary from 20 to 25.
