Quite honesty, I probably would not have paid the original price of 1195.00, ( although OMI therapy mat is the lowest priced on the market). At first, I didn't use it consistently, it needs to be used at least one a day, preferably twice, morning and evening. I finally got into the habit of using it, at least once a day, although I'm developing habit of using it first thing in morning, then at night when I go to bed. Now that I've used it a full two weeks, I actually feel better. a lot less stress, anxiety, actually feel good. I think how it works it vastly improves the circulation in the body. This in turn, reduces inflammation. Knowing what I know now, I wouldn't have hesitated to buy one at 1195.00, especially for the newer model this supplier now sells. I'm rather careful with this discounted mat I bought. Instead of putting it on the floor or hard surface, and laying on top, I use it in my bed, flipping it over, covering myself with it, then turn it on. I go the full 30 minutes on P1 in the morning, then, at bedtime 30 minutes on P2 setting. I use it this way to keep from damaging it by maybe bending the coils or something, while laying on it. I haven't checked my blood pressure, yet, since using it, but will after using it another two or three weeks. Have a feeling it's closer to normal now. I'd given it five stars, even I felt I could actually use it by laying on top of it, instead of covering up with it. The mat sets for different frequencies so you can pick one to the chart that is supplied . Sure is more reasonably priced that others and I think is worth the money for the settings it has .
